FAQ
1. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
For packages; Travel outside of Whakatane and Kawerau come at an additional expense and will be added to the retainer fee. However travel within Whakatane and Kawerau are inclusive.
Other; the travel cost will be added to your quote and are not inclusive.
2. What happens if it rains?
I will contact you 48 hrs beforehand as a courtesy reminder, if the weather turns within that time i will contact you on the morning of to reschedule.
The rescheduled date will be within two weeks.
3. How long does it take to recieve the photos after the shoot and how will those be delivered?
All images will be downloaded as high resolution JPEG files on to a private online gallery. You will receive your gallery no longer than 4 weeks post shoot.
