My Story

As a little girl I would always have a camera in hand, running around the marae, "persuading" my family to pose and smile. These memories bring me so much joy and as I've grown older I've come to treasure those photographs even more than I ever knew I would. To me, photography is a form of art that helps you reminisce the moments of the past that, you tend to forget. A single image capable of rejuvenating those special moments, stories and emotions. A way to document stories of cultures, individuals or events. Photography is a way of capturing you in every aspect. Creatively emotionally and physically, each image different to the next and as unique and captivating as the subject it reflects.

Being able to capture these moments and create art with clients fills my cup immeasurably. Photography is a gift reflecting none other than the subject in focus. Enhancing their beauty, their love and the joy shared with their nearest and dearest. Incapsulating your true authentic self and capturing beautiful moments for you to treasure for years to come.

As time fades photos can be the only remaining treasure you have, and that in itself is every reason why its so important to capture every moment as if it is your last.. I want to give memories to people to bring joy, comfort and peace. My art, my passion allows me to do exactly that.
